2. Appointments & Cancellations

Appointments must be scheduled in advance.

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the scheduled service.

Missed appointments or late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

3. Pricing & Payments

Prices for services will be provided before work begins.

Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed.

We accept cash, checks, and credit and debit cards.

4. Customer Responsibilities

Ensure safe access to the property (including removing obstacles, pets, or hazards).

Notify us in advance of any fragile or special areas that require extra care.

5. Liability

While we take the utmost care, Salty Dog Window Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage or wear on windows, frames, or screens.

We are not liable for damages resulting from unsafe property conditions outside our control.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please notify us within 24 hours, and we will make reasonable efforts to correct the issue.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate agreements if safety, property conditions, or other reasonable factors prevent service.
